I try to live mindfully and treat all around me with respect and kindness. I listen to my clients' needs and tailor each treatment for the best outcome. I believe in practicing holistically and focusing on both your physical and emotional needs, establishing balance between the mind and body.
I completed my remedial massage training in 2013 at Melbourne's Southern School of Natural Therapies. I have extensive experience in pregnancy, sports, deep tissue and relaxation massage.
I have also done additional training in Oncology Massage, insuring a safe and effective massage during and post cancer treatment.
I am a fully qualified remedial massage therapist and a member of AAMT. If you have private health cover that includes extras in remedial massage you will be able to claim your treatment on the day with HICAPS or directly with your provider with your receipt. Rebates vary depending on your provider.
